AI agent that answers business email
The same questions, every day, handwritten. An AI agent prepares the draft in about thirty seconds and leaves you in control before sending.

The problem,
how it presents itself
I do.
In almost every company we work with the inbox is the hidden bottleneck. Not for complicated emails — those still require a person — but for the dozens of repetitive requests that come every day: schedules, availability, status of an order, documents to be postponed. Each costs a few minutes, but added up they are worth hours each week, and the quality of the response depends on who answers and how tired he is.
An AI agent on email is no answer for you. It serves to get to the point where you just have to read and press send: the request has already been understood, the data has already been recovered by the systems, the tone is the business one and the priority is already assigned. Delicate emails remain in the hands of a person, as they must.
It reads the request, understands the intent, retrieves useful data, proposes a consistent draft, assigns priority and prepares the task for CRM. The person checks and sends.
How it works, step by step
01
Law and Ranking
The agent interprets the request and understands the real intent, even when the email is misspelled or incomplete.
02
Recover Data
Retrieves useful information from the systems you already use: business management software, CRM, order tracking and price lists.
03
Prepare the draft
He writes a response consistent with the corporate tone and assigns a priority, so urgencies don't end at the bottom.
04
Pass the ball to you
You check and send. On critical cases the agent does not respond: it signals and stops.
Who it is for
- Companies with an info@ or orders@ address that receives dozens of similar requests per day
- E-commerce with recurring requests on shipments, returns and order status
- Professional studies that often postpone the same documents or instructions

Availability for a consultation in September
“Good morning, do you have availability in the second half of September? Could you give me an idea of the cost? Thank you, Laura”

Does AI respond to customers on its own?
Only if you decide. In the configuration that we recommend the agent prepares the draft and a person checks before sending: it is the human-in-the-loop approach. Delicate requests are always reported and do not receive an automatic response.
Does it work with the mail I already use?
Yes. It integrates with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and standard IMAP boxes, without changing the team's email client.
How long does it take to put it into production?
Depends on how many data sources need to be linked. A first agent that handles a single category of requests is typically operational in a few weeks, starting from a controlled prototype.
