Reply to customer reviews with AI
Responding to all reviews counts for reputation and local SEO. Doing so with the same phrase copied counts against.
The problem,
how it presents itself
I do.
Responses to reviews are one of the most visible signs of how a company treats customers — and one of the most overlooked. Those who read reviews before buying also look at how you respond, especially to criticism. Finding twenty identical answers ("Thanks for feedback!") communicates exactly the opposite of what you wanted to communicate.
An AI stream generates different drafts for each review, taking up the specific content of what the customer wrote. On negative reviews the behavior changes: the system does not publish anything automatically, prepares a track and signals that it serves a person. A wrong answer to a star review is public and permanent.
How it works, step by step
01
Read the review
Identify what the customer is really talking about, not just the number of stars.
02
Prepare a dedicated draft
He writes a response that picks up the specific content, with the tone of the company.
03
Report Criticism
On negative reviews it stops: it prepares a trace and asks for human intervention.
04
Keeps the pace
No review remains unanswered for weeks, which is what weighs most on perception.

Does Google penalize responses generated with AI?
Google does not prohibit using tools to write answers: what penalizes reputation are generic and repeated responses, whether written by a person or by software. For this reason the flow generates different and specific answers, not a template.
Are the answers published on their own?
Only if you decide, and never on negative reviews anyway. The configuration we recommend always includes a review before publication.
Does it help local positioning?
Responding consistently is one of the signals Google considers for the local tab, along with completeness of profile and frequency of reviews. It is not a magic lever, but it is among the few at almost zero cost.
