The LabAutomatic quote

Automated quotes with AI

Turning a brief into a quote takes half an hour and the writer's memory. With an AI stream the draft is ready in a couple of minutes, with the same format each time.

Today

~30 min

Quote from scratch, forgotten entries

With AI workflow

2 min

Draft structured by the brief, ready to finish

The problem,
how it presents itself
I do.

The quote is where the most opportunities are lost. Not because the price is wrong, but because it arrives late: the brief sits in a queue for a few days while the client has already received two offers elsewhere. And when it is finally written, a line item may be forgotten or the format may differ from the previous quote.

Automating doesn't mean letting a machine decide prices. It means that mechanical work —rereading the brief, finding the right voices, recovering historical prices, paginating —is already done when you sit down to review the offer. The margin and the conditions are yours, as always.

Extracts key data from the brief, proposes service entries from the history, estimates price range and timing, writes the internal notes and prepares the sending email. You correct and send.

How it works, step by step

01

Extract from the brief

It reads the customer's request —email, call transcript, form —and pulls out the data that matters.

02

Proposes the voices

Suggests the lines of service by fishing from the history of quotations already made for similar works.

03

Estimate Price and Times

It proposes a range based on past projects, not an invented number. It remains a proposal: you correct it.

04

Prepare to send

Fill in the document in the company format and write the accompanying email.

Who it is for

  • Service companies that produce tailored quotes every week
  • Construction companies, planters and craftsmen with recurring calculations
  • Agencies and studios losing jobs due to slow response, not price

Prove it

The demo runs in the browser, with real logic and simulated data.

No registration, no data of yours to enter: it serves to make you understand the mechanism before talking about it.

Frequently asked questions

Does AI decide prices for me?

No. It proposes a range starting from your historical quotes and your price lists. The final decision on price, discounts and conditions is always yours: the system saves you the mechanical part, not the commercial judgment.

Is it necessary to have a quotation history already?

It helps a lot, but it is not essential. If historical records are limited or disorganised, you start with a structured price list, and the system improves as it accumulates actual quotes.

Does it integrate with my business management software?

In most cases, yes, through APIs or data exports. During the audit, we first check which integrations your business management software actually supports, so the proposal is based on what can be delivered.
