Is the first call free?
Yes. We spend thirty minutes reviewing your processes together and explaining where to start. You keep what we discuss, even if you decide to proceed on your own or with another provider.
Do I have to prepare something first?
No. Just identify the repetitive task that takes up the most time: quotes, invoices, email, data entry or updates to your business management software. An estimate of the hours involved is helpful, but not required.
How soon will I see the first results?
The first automated workflow is usually live within 2-4 weeks. We start with one process — the most demanding one — and measure hours saved and errors reduced before adding others.
Do you only work with companies in Milan?
We are based in Milan and work with SMEs and professional firms throughout Italy. Operational meetings are held remotely, or in person when needed.
