AI audit of business processes
The right question is not "AI can help me", it's "which process is best to start from". Audit is used to answer with numbers.

The problem,
how it presents itself
I do.
Almost all AI projects that fail have the same origin flaw: they started from the instrument instead of the process. You choose a technology because you talk about it, then you look for a problem to apply it to. The result is a prototype that works in demos and that no one uses after three weeks.
Audit overturns order. First you look at the real processes: how many times they repeat themselves, how long they cost, how many errors they generate, how much they are standardized. Only then do you decide where automation makes sense —and especially where it doesn't, because there are processes that are cheaper to leave as they are.
Five questions about your company. In return: three recommended automations with complexity, estimated impact and priority. A taste of real AI Audit.
How it works, step by step
01
Process mapping
They list repetitive activities by volume and absorbed time, without taking anything for granted.
02
Estimate of the current cost
Hours per cycle, frequency, typical errors: today's cost must be quantified before talking about savings.
03
Real feasibility
We check what the existing systems support. A process that can be automated in theory may be blocked by a closed business management system.
04
Priorities and prototype
You choose a first process with quick return and you start from there, not from a three-year plan.
Who it is for
- Entrepreneurs who want to figure out where AI really pays off before investing
- Companies that have already tried an AI project with no measurable results
- SMEs with many manual processes and no map of how much they cost

The demo runs in the browser, with real logic and simulated data.
No registration, no data of yours to enter: it serves to make you understand the mechanism before talking about it.

Question 1
What kind of company are you?
In the Lab there are other tools that run the same way: quotes, knowledge base, lead scoring, customer care, data entry.

Is the audit paid?
The first evaluation is a conversation: let's look at the processes together and tell you frankly if it makes sense to proceed. If the case doesn't hold up, we say it — a project that doesn't bring results doesn't suit either of us.
How long does it last?
For an SME the initial mapping typically takes a few days of work spread over a couple of weeks, because it requires talking to the people the processes really do them.
What if you find out it's not worth automating?
It happens, and it's a legitimate outcome. Some processes have too low volumes or too much variability: in those cases the right intervention is to simplify the process, not put AI on it.
